General Guidelines:

  • Subject to Airline Terms: All refund policies are governed by the airline's terms and conditions.
  • 24-Hour Window: Depending on the airline's policy, tickets may be refundable or non-refundable within or outside a 24-hour period. If an airline states that a ticket is refundable with or without a penalty, FHCDEALS.COM will honor the airline's regulations accordingly.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: For non-refundable fares, FHCDEALS.COM will offer a future credit to the customer, based on the airline's terms and conditions. Note that not all tickets will have future credit value, and its validity will be determined by the airline's policy.

COVID-19 Impact:

  • Flight Refunds: Due to COVID-19, most refunds for flights, including those part of a package, are issued within 12 weeks. Some refunds may take longer depending on the airline.
  • Hotel, Car, and Activity Refunds: Refunds for hotels, cars, or activities, including those part of a package, are processed within our normal timeframe of 24 hours from the cancellation request. Your bank or payment service determines when the funds become available in your account.

Standard Refund Timelines:

  • Processing Time: FHCDEALS.COM may take up to 24 hours to process your refund request.
  • Credit to Account: Once processed, your bank or payment service may take 5-7 working days to post the credit to your account. It may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the credit on your statement.

How to Track Your Refund:

  • Refund Details: We will send you an email with the details about your refund amount, and how and when you will receive it.

Additional Information:

  • Original Method of Payment: Refunds will be credited to your original method(s) of payment. For instance, if you paid using your debit card, the money will be refunded to that card.
  • Third-Party Charges: If your credit card statement includes a charge from a third party (such as a low-cost airline, rental car company, or cruise line), you will receive your refund from them, not FHCDEALS.COM. In such cases, please contact the third party directly for any refund-related questions.
  • Partial Payments: If you've been charged a deposit or partial payment, you'll be refunded for that amount minus any fees. For example, if you paid a ₹16,725 deposit on your hotel but had to cancel, and the hotel charges a ₹1,673 cancellation fee, you’d get ₹15,052 back.

Flight Cancellations:

  • Within 24 Hours: Some flight bookings canceled within 24 hours of reservation may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the airline's policy.
  • Non-Refundable Flights: If you need to cancel a non-refundable flight, you may receive a flight credit instead of a refund, which can be used for a future booking.
